She called herself Misty. To this day, I do not know if this were her name. We worked with her twice in 2005 - the fall - and the potential to work with her more was clearly on our minds. When the second shoot ended, we made an appointment to work together again just after Thanksgiving.

In fact, we would never see her again. More than a year later we would find out that she had gotten pregnant and the responsibilities of raising a child alone brought her work with us to an end.

This image was created in the bathroom on the first floor of the burned out house where we worked so often in those days. The only light was a 100 watt bulb on the other side of a frosted window.
